Friends

If you would like to support the museum and its continued development you may like to consider joining the Friends of Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft.

The association is run independently to the museum and is a separate registered charity (no. 1127904). Its primary aim is to support the Trustees and Director by providing practical and financial assistance to the museum.

Through its various fundraising activities the Friends contribute towards the museum’s expenses, which traditionally include the purchase of artefacts, the conservation of items in the collection, the provision of interior furnishings and grants to support the learning programme.

As a member of the Friend’s association you are entitled to free entry to the museum at all times. You will also receive the Friends newsletter, the Wyvern Flyer, three times a year (in March, July and September) and will be kept abreast of all social and fundraising activities organised by the Friends.

Annual membership

  • Adult £25
  • Concessions (students / over 60s) £20
  • Joint (2 named persons) £45
  • Concession joint (2 named persons) £35
