It was produced to coincide with Double Weave: Bourne and Allen’s Modernist Textiles exhibition looking at the lives and work of Hilary Bourne and her partner Barbara Allen who were both successful weavers and business women, creating fabrics for Fortnum and Mason, Liberty’s, Heals and the Royal Festival Hall.

When should I open it?
That’s up to you. Traditionally the first day is on Christmas Day and the twelfth day is 6th January.
But if you want to open the last window on Christmas Day you will need to open the first window on 14th December.  You choose!

The calendar is 11 x 14inches large and is supplied with an eyelet for ribbon should you wish to hang it, although it can also be propped up against a wall.

Your purchase directly supports the work of Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft. Charity no. 1126970
