Using locally dug clays we’ll start with making and decorating small pots and beads.  These can go straight into a mobile kiln which Martin will be firing throughout the day. We will be using traditional skills to make and decorate terracotta tiles – whether a simple image on a single tile or a pattern that links across more than one tile.  Learn and find inspiration in Sussex landscape, skills and materials.
