Calling all young artists!

Unleash your creativity and submit your entry for our drawing competition, inspired by legendary illustrator Raymond Briggs. Known for his heartwarming and detailed illustrations that capture everyday moments, Briggs used his art to tell stories drawn from life.

Open to children of all ages, the competition is a chance for under 18s to explore their artistic talents and tell their story through drawing.

The submissions will be judged by an expert panel of illustrators: Amanda Quartey, Chris Riddell and John Vernon Lord. There will be a ceremony in September where our judges will present prizes for their favourite story in each age group.

The shortlisted entries will be displayed at Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft on 20 October 2024.
