Haikus for Hiroshima (BSL interpreted) – Sunday 4 August SOLD OUT

Join this digital craft workshop with Chisato Minamimura and Dave Packer from Remix the Museum. Make your own Haiku for Hiroshmia and learn how to sign it, or create your own signs to express your poem. Particpants will then translate their haiku into a short stop montion animation.

This workshop is designed for D/deaf visitors and their families. There are additional workshops running for the general public on Wednesday 7 August.

We are delighted to welcome Chisato to the museum for a number of events around Hiroshima Day this year. Join her for a BSL Tour of the musuem on Sun 4 Aug and for a screening of her acclaimed performance Scored in Silence on Tues 7 Aug.
