Sarah Burns is a pattern-maker, textile printer and teacher. She studied Politics at Jesus College, Cambridge and Textile Design at Chelsea College of Art. Her fabrics are inspired by natural, seasonal materials and the places near where she lives and works on the South Downs. She is passionate about slow, local production that creates beautiful fabric and is kind to our environment. Her seasonally dyed and hand block-printed fabric collection is available from the Guy Goodfellow Collection as well as from www.dorafabrics.com She designs patterns for commission, including for the Dartington Trust and the Virginia White Collection.
Alice Garner is a printmaker based between the South Downs and the River Adur.
